Bored of the same old circuits classes??

 

We’ve teamed up with Wendy (Personal Trainer as well as one of our Trampoline Coaches) & Courtney (another of our great coaches & Crossfit expert) to create our own!

 

It incorporates gymnastics & trampoline based conditioning! 

 

Remember 10 minutes on a trampoline is the same calorie burn as a 30 minute run!

 

Suitable for all levels and abilities

 

Fridays 7-8pm

£3 for members (or associated members e.g. parents) / £5 for non-members.
