Thursdays 4.30-5.30pm (Autistic Spectrum Class)
We would recommend that gymnasts are already working on front tuck and pike somersaults along with back somersualt before starting this class.
Gymnasts must have their grown up with them at all times in the class. Its a great bonding experience!
In the recreational and adult classes the focus is learning the trampoline skills, they want to do, for fun! Whereas in the competitive classes, the focus is on competitions and requires gymnasts to do conditioning and complete training diaries (we still have lots of fun with this).
Its the same coaches that run the competitive and recreational classes so there is no lower skill limit for competitive classes and no upper skill limit for recreational classes.
|Block||First week (week beginning)||Last week (week ending)|
